We begin first round voting of AMVNews: Big Contest 2025. 39 videos took part in the contest. 3 contest videos rated lower than 2.7 points were excluded from voting. All 28 contest participants whose AMVs are eligible for the first round can take part in the voting now, as well as 10 jury members. Voting in first round is totally voluntary.
There are 13 contest nominations to vote in. Some of those include all videos, others include only the videos which match the nomination thematically. Finalists in each nomination will be chosen during first round voting. First round voting ends June 2, 15-00 Moscow time (UTC+3). Link for voting form can be found in "Authorization" block, right upper corner of the webpage. You can fill in the form, add and change anything as much as you want till the end of voting period. Contest participants and co-authors do not see their own videos in the list and can't vote for them.

If you have any questions concerning voting procedure please contact site administrator via private message or moderator via private message.

The deadline for the competition will end on May 16th 11:59 UTC due to the fact that the exact time zone was not announced.

We remind you that it is possible to send videos after the deadline before the end of the demonstration phase, but with the following conditions:

1) They will not be eligible for prizes.

2) Will be published with other competition clips on the same day (so that to not prolong demonstration phase).

Video that have not passed technical check within 2 days after the deadline will also fall under these conditions.

Просматривая папку со старыми АМВешки я наткнулся на один из своих любимых клипов молодости Shellshock, не менее известный в свое время чем Engel, и был огорчен что он в таком плохом качестве. На нашем любимом сайте AMWNews оригинал оказался в таком же плохом качестве с низким разрешением. Мною было принято решение сделать ремастер версию благо сейчас есть возможность сделать в хорошем качестве. Связываться с автором(rubyeye) я не видел смысла так как клипу уже 23 года и контактов его наверное не найти сейчас. И я приступил.
