Эм... имхо, если срезать первые 8 секунд и последние 3, то тебе прямая дорога на https://coub.com/

И что тут оценивать? То, что ты склеил из десяток кусков и кучи переходов 20 секунд бессмысленного видео без начала и конца, вообще ни о чем не говорит, ну кроме того, что это нынче модный тренд среди несмышленых школьников, клепать такие вот, типа крутые поделки, но на деле - это полное барахло, на ютубе подобного шлака тонны, тут ты этим банально никого не удивишь и не заинтересуешь.

Это не самое страшное, что я видал из подобного, но вот смысла распространять такие работы не вижу никакого - тут нечего показывать из того, чего до этого десятки тысяч таких поделок под бубнящий рэп ещё не использовали.
