Довольно приятная, настроенческо-атмосферная работа. Мне понравился монтаж и общее м/в, не смотря на то, что такие треки обычно совершенно мимо меня. Еще понравилось то, что автор дает треку и видеоряду "дышать", не прессует. У многих (у меня в том числе, не стану лукавить) возникло бы желание выстроить все по-плотнее, но тут как раз сильная сторона работы - ее текучесть.

Мне все показалось вполне органичным. Тут работает принцип внутреннего напряжения и контрастов. Не обязательно использовать агрессивный саунд с агрессивным визуалом, и наоборот. Экшн сцены здесь - своего рода иллюстрация эмоциональных переживаний.

А что тут выискивать-то? Все и так слышно и видно. Другой вопрос - насколько отличаются восприятия трека у автора и зрителей и на каких моментах автор решил сделать акцент или обыграть. В этом комменте есть ключевое слово: чувствоваться. А это уже зависит от индивидуального слуха и этого самого восприятия. Так что я бы сказала, что синхра - это скорее шкала, чем что-то фиксированное. Да, когда ее нет, ее нет. Но когда она есть, она может выражаться по-разному.

В общем, автор, клип ровный, местами тонкий, местами не очень, но общее впечатление позитивное. Удачи на коне и в будущем.

Ух ты, в кои-то веки глянула фид комментов и тут напомнили про этот клип. Несмотря на все технические финтифлюшки и "косяки" того времени мне работа еще тогда при первом просмотре запомнилась, а сейчас вообще смотрится ретро-лампово. Пересмотрела с удовольствием. По-моему крутое м/в, очень здорово выдержана динамика, и при этом еще и удачно реализованный концепт. В общем, старое-доброе. Автор, если вдруг вернешься почитать комменты - спасибо за работу!

Très bien and very enjoyable, especially given that this type of music is not my favorite. Loved how you worked with the material to make this both conceptual and also silly/sync-y. I agree with some commenters below that if you could increase the tension and insanity levels towards the end, it would considerably enhance the video's effect. Right now it feels like the middle part is crazier than the ending, which was a tiny bit disappointing. In any case, great job, and good luck!

I really enjoyed the combination of the visuals and the music. The song has really great melodic layers and you worked with them well and created a nice, somewhat enchanting atmosphere. Would love to see a bit more slight zooms in the scenes that are mostly static, but I think can live with this hahah. Good job and good luck!

Урзак, спасибо, рада, что понравилось. Интермиссия вставлена в виде секундной Юффи на экране в колизее, которую, скорее всего, никто не заметил, но она там есть :) Материала как раз было много, и на 5, и на 10 минут предостаточно. Целью было передать дух и общий настрой без особых, при этом, спойлеров и сумасшедшей мельтешни. А еще использовать именно опенинговую версию трека. Пусть будет коротко, но весело :)

Not sure about that, I think these bring depth and setting to the "main" video, while also stylistically tying the whole thing to the source. But you can always skip, if you don't like it :))

Спасибо за впечатления. Начало, конечно, несколько отличается по тональности, но легкий контраст всегда придает больше мнагогранности, чем если начинать просто с такого же типа музыки. Ну и, как вы заметили, целью было ввести зрителя в мир видео плавным и кинематографичным образом.

Charios, I see what you mean. I re-watched and it does get more intense along with the music, agree. In this case, I would personally take it a step further and have the voices overlay even more at some point, closer to the climax, to make it more deliberate, rather than leave an occasional impression of "hmm these voices here kinda overlapped a little". Also, the lines on 2:30 - 2:40 are softer and calmer compared to the ones before and after and I think that made it a bit jarring in terms of the buildup towards more aggressive tonalities.

But of course, it's all up to you and your vision of how you realize it and as long as it expresses your idea and the passion for the game, which it clearly does, all is well with the world ։DDD

I feel like the further the video progressed, the more distracting and overwhelming these voice-over lines became. I wish there was more breathing room left in-between voice lines, so that there was time to truly grasp and internalize what they say and savor just the music and the visuals, especially in the second half of the video when the tension grew stronger. I understand that these lines are also part of the world and "narrative" in a sense, but their non-stop presence weakens their effect and turns them into an obstacle of some sort, rather than a strong artistic device. Overall very nice video with beautiful visuals and eerie atmosphere. I just think that a little bit of thoughtful "silence" would make it even better :)) Good luck on the contest!

As a fellow FFFan, I can feel how much love went into this and that the game means a lot to you. Also I love how you put your WoL there, she's so cute!! The song is not exactly my cup of tea but the atmosphere of adventure, wonder and scale is definitely there and achieved thanks to this track, so well done~

Haha yesssss, good, that was the intention, to make people want to play this, so it seems that it worked :DD Let me know what you think of it when you do~ I also really recommend you play the original FF7 too (either before or after the Remake), because it makes the whole thing so much more meaningful and enjoyable. I know it can be painful to look at, but it'll be worth it, haha.

By the way, enjoyed your vid too~~ Made me want to try to get into ff14 again. Shame on me, I have dropped it 3 times, ARR is so slooooow :DDD
